Who we are

What we provide
We publish daily editorial content ("secrets") in three formats: The Record (verified facts), The Insider (first-hand tips and opinion), and The Call (predictions). Some content is public; some is available only to paying members.
The nature of the content
The Record is presented as factual and carries a verification note. The Insider is personal opinion and first-hand tips, offered as such. The Call is a prediction, explicitly marked, and may prove wrong. None of our content is professional, financial, legal, medical, or investment advice. You act on it at your own responsibility.
Membership
Membership grants access to member-only content and the archive for the duration of the plan you purchase (7 days or 1 year). Access begins immediately on payment. Prices are shown in Swiss francs and include any applicable tax where required.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops any future renewal; it does not shorten access you have already paid for.
Intellectual property
All content on secretoftheday.com is our property or used with permission. Members may read and reference it for personal use. Republishing, redistributing, or reselling our content is not permitted without written consent.
Acceptable use
You may not share member credentials, scrape the archive, or resell access. We may suspend access for abuse.
Changes
We may update these terms and our content formats. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Schwyz, Canton Schwyz, Switzerland.

REFUND POLICY
Digital content, delivered immediately
A membership gives you immediate access to member-only content and the full archive. Because the content is digital and available to you the moment you join, memberships are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the content you paid for due to a fault on our side, write to contact@secretoftheday.com and we will put it right — by restoring access or refunding the affected payment.
Renewals
You can cancel at any time - no renewal. Cancelling does not refund the current period, but you keep access until it ends.
This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable Swiss law.
